Whilst we make every effort to ensure that prices on the website are correct, we reserve the right to correct pricing information where necessary, and will inform you of any such changes prior to accepting your order. You may then choose to cancel the order, or accept the amended price. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
We reserve the right to withdraw or stop the use of a coupon code at anytime. Only one coupon code can be used at one time, coupon codes can never be "stacked".
Descriptions of our products
All measurement s quoted are approximate, and colours are as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Slight variations may occur.
All toys comply with the Toy Safety Regulations, and where appropriate carry the CE mark. If a product has to be recalled for any reason, you will be contacted.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may cancel your order at any time up to the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods.
Such cancellation may be for any reason and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price and any postage you have paid for within a period of 30 days of informing us. However you must return the item(s) to us at your own expense. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order please inform us in writing at the address above, or by email at email@example.com.
You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and where possible return them in their original packaging.
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or an incorrect order, we will refund your money in full. We will provide labels for the return of the items and will arrange collection of them.
You should inform us as soon as possible following delivery if you find that items are defective in any way.
In addition to your legal rights described above, if you are unhappy with any purchase, we will exchange it or refund your money, at our discretion, for a period of up to 24 months from the date of purchase.
We aim to dispatch orders by the end of the next working day after receipt of the order. Delivery is within 5 working days on standard orders, and 2 working days on expedited orders.
For Christmas deliveries, orders should be placed by 18th December.
