Delivery & Returns Information
Unfortunately we are currently only able to ship to UK addresses but are working on worldwide delivery.
All orders over £25 qualify for free standard delivery 3-5 days (mainland UK only).
Express delivery for next working day delivery.**
Orders must be placed by 2pm for a next working day delivery. Express deliveries placed on a Friday before 2pm would be delivered on the following Monday. Express deliveries placed on a Saturday or Sunday would be delivered on the following Tuesday. Please provide a mobile phone number so you can receive delivery updates from our courier.
Orders to NI are usually sent by Royal Mail or Hermes and can take up to 5 working days. We do not offer an express delivery service to Northern Ireland.
Orders Under £25
All orders under £25 are sent by Royal Mail unless they are express delivery which are normally sent by DPD local.

Delivery Title and Risk
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in installments. You may cancel your entire order with us if subsequent installments forming part of your order are not delivered by us.We have no liability to you for any delay in delivery of products ordered to the extent that the delay is due to event(s) that is outside our reasonable control.Title to any product ordered will pass to you once we have received payment in full for that product. Risk in any product ordered will pass upon delivery to you.For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 21st December. If you would like to return your purchase, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt and enclose a copy of your original invoice. On receipt of the returned items, we will re-credit the original purchaser’s credit card with a full refund (excluding your original delivery charge). Please allow up to ten working days for the funds to reflect on your account.
Please ensure you have included your information or details of your original order otherwise this may affect our ability to trace your order and raise an appropriate refund.
For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service or a courier that will offer you a proof of delivery. Please note, Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back to us at Jamm toys.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may cancel your order at any time up to the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods. Please inform us at Sales@indigojamm.com of your intention.
Such cancellation may be for any reason and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price and any postage you have paid for within a period of 30 days of informing us.
You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods must be returned in saleable condition.
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or an incorrect order, we will refund your money in full. We will provide labels for the return of the items and will arrange collection of them.
